Vehicle assignment
Vehicles are assigned by class. A specific make or model is not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing with your reservation.
Wait time and delays
Reasonable wait time is included for airport arrivals. Extended delays may be subject to additional charges disclosed in advance.
Client conduct
Smoking is not permitted in any vehicle. Clients are responsible for damage caused during service.
