Cancellations

Reservations may be cancelled up to the window stated in your confirmation. Cancellation windows will be published here once finalised.

Time, location and passenger changes are accommodated whenever possible. Contact reservations as early as practical.

If a passenger cannot be located at the confirmed pickup point after the included wait time, the reservation may be treated as a no-show.
